-How can we fulfil the order?
You have to take it down those numbers of the pictures that they can put on the album, and in separate those copies that you wish for your families and friends, and you can make the order with us in our e-mail:info@fotosolmarbella.com or in our Fax : 952860338
-I have a minimum numbers in agreement, can I order more pictures?
You can order all the pictures that you need, although the agreement is minimum, we can make more pictures so that you can make a selection as you like.
-If I order pictures in black and white or sepia, what is the price?To order pictures in black and white or sepia, cannot change the original price
of the pictures.
-I ordered pictures for my album and I want to buy also those digital files in one CD, how does it costs together?In general we only sell those photographic files that can buy also in a photographic paper, and the cost of each files is from 3€ + IVA.
-And if I wish to buy some of those files from the pictures that I don't buy in a photographic paper?
If the client wish to have only the digital files, the price will be10€ per unit + IVA
-Regarding to DVD video, can I include my own music and some pictures?
Yes, you can bring your own music and approximately 10 pictures for the groom and another from the bride, but please, before the wedding. After the wedding date, the video maybe had already edited.
-How long the time in editing the DVD video?
The due date for handing of those DVD video, is depending always at the edition team, but the due date in handing of is approximately from 1 month.
-If the client cannot get the work in our office and it is necessary to send it in the other city or countries, those expenses for mailing is running by the clients account.
